what would be a good fat tire bike to Convert for hunting and good for steeper hills in Pa. And WV.without breaking the bank, suggest on motor size, cheaper fat tire conversion bike, does have to be able to pull a cart.
Speed does not have to be a big factor, Older hunter that just needs to get to hunting spots and back.
Welcome advice
I built up a Framed Minnesota LTD with BBSHD and 14 amp hour battery for $2600. I put a dropper seat post and a suspension fork on it as well. If you don't put those on, you can do it all for right about 2k. I pull my 50 pound dog around in it on a trailer easily. Plenty of gearing to make it go up any hill. Plus the motor is pretty quiet, which I imagine is ideal for hunting. I have a full post on here about the bike, but here's a picture.
likely a BBSHD 100-120mm size motor with a 36t chainring, suitable bike frame and battery and you can do that no prob and haul stuff as well. just takes some research and finding a good frame that fits you, id recommend find a shop with some fat bikes to test so you dont order something out of sight without trying it out. look up youtube reviews on popular fat tire bikes
