I have built a Norco Storm 2 E-bike conversion with the BBS02 48V 17AH and an 850C, it performs beautifully. However I have not used it in the rain. I am concerned that things are not waterproof. Anyone out there had experience using a similiar set up in the rain?
By the way the conversion went really well, after I ordered a 36T Lekkie sprocket from JNO.

Thanks for the input. I did find an excellent article on waterproofing here. Which I think will address my concerns.

the motor is IP 65 rated - good water resistance, though u dont want it soaked, submerged, or blasted with a stream of water, normal rain is just fine. with your display, you can carry a ziplock bag or some plastic cover, with a rubber band or velcro in case it rains. may want to tape your bafang connectors as well. everything should be just fine.
