I have a 46mm ID by 100mm wide bottom bracket, and a CYC Photon 120mm BSA kit. Obviously I need some sort of adapter. My local bike shop could not find one (at least not a 100mm one); CYC said they don't make one. The closest I've found is at the johnny nerd out shop, a 3d printed 46mm to Bafang adapter that's just 2 rings, so it will work with any width BB. Assuming it fits (or I could commission an adapter that would fit), is this 3d printed adapter durable enough? Should I just get a shorter adapter and add some sort of spacers? Are there other options?
