Does the motor itself interfere with the bike frame? or is it just the chainring that interferes with the bike frame. I know this is an older question , did you get your bike running? I was going to recommend if your motor isn't the issue, but the chainring is, I would suggest that you try a 30T chainring.
Thanks for the reply, I found I had to space the crank side 4mm to accommodate a 42 tooth bling ring leaving me very little thread on the none crank side. The bottom bracket is 73mm but the rear bottom fork is very wide leaving very little room for error.
depends on what you want and your general use case of the bike....not sure what you mean by 'a bit tight'. BBS02 or BBSHD are both great, depends do you want the extra power or do you want to be strictly legal etc. If youre doing all terrain stuff, lots of mtn biking, where the power can come in handy Id go with BBSHD, otherwise either will do just fine
