Hi ebike fanatics :) I am really late to the ebike game: I have been in the planning stage for a few months. My goal was to build a 72 volt BBSHD conversion and not upgrade later but the semiconductor shortage has made it impossible to purchase a ASI BAC 855 or a Grin phaserunner controller. My question is this: if you were planning a brand new build, would you install a stock BBSHD kit and source a 52 volt battery that is capable of delivering the 65 - 70 amps continuous which is what the BAC 855 controller will require (once available) or buy a decent 52 volt 40 - 50 amp BMS battery and just get out riding now / worry about upgrading to a 72 volt next winter? Suggestions? Thanks in advance. Rob
