I just recently bought a schwinn twinn tandem bicycle for my wife and I. It’s been amazing. I’m wanting to add a mid drive but, I don’t know if it’s possible. Is this possible?

Many years ago a friend and I rented a tandem bicycle to cruise around the Everglades one day. I was surprised at the effort required then to propel such a machine. It seems to me to be an ideal e-bike project, for no other reason as to make the bicycle more useable, if riding solo. You should probably consider converting the forward crank to drive from the right side of the bracket.
