my advice is dont buy an 'ebike'. dont buy premade ebikes. get the best mtb frame you can afford for your body type, ride style and terrain use case. then convert that bike to an emtb. new motor kits and developing tech allow you to fit a motor on almost any bike. a lot of research and bikes to sift through but when you eliminate premade ebikes from the mix it actually becomes a lot simpler and better because with the best frame that suits you for long term use, you have the flexibility to upgrade or swap every component including motor and battery.
The first e-bike I bought was the first one I tried. I was amazed by it and what it could do. I had done lots of "research" online and had some fairly definite ideas.
What I wished I'd done was to ride lots of different ones. They are all pretty amazing at first. I am on my 3rd one now and this one really suits me. I did what others here will advise you to do - I found a bike that suited me, suited the terrain and conditions and then I made it better by choosing the most appropriate sized motor and battery combination for what I was going to do my riding on and I put it all together.
So I would advise you to ride as many different types as you can BEFORE you buy or build anything. Do lots of searching online too and get lots of ideas and opinions.

I really loved the design and build quality of Lectric XP 2.0. But I am confused if should I purchase it or not.

Buy a good bike, then have Johnny build you one! ! See his videos about building an ebike.
