I have this ruff cycle tango bike. Would a bbshd fit on this bike? I’d say this bike weighs about 30-35lbs. As far as where I’d put the battery does anyone have any suggestions? I’d like to get the 1500w kit with a 52volt battery. I have attached some pics of the bike. I’m open to any thoughts or other options available too. But i am looking to buy something in the next few weeks.

Thanks for the reply. It is an odd shaped bike. I wanted something different just to cruise on. It is a 3 speed with coaster brake. The BB measures right around 70mm as well. It won’t be going on long rides or off pavement/gravel. and my area is pretty flat for the most part where I will be riding it. I may order the kit and see if I can get it to work still.
honestly, idk, it might work? bike has some odd features and frame but as long as the motor can mount in the BB (see what your BB diameter is and make sure the motor can fit). you could try mounting a shark style battery in the space under the crosstube, may need some drilling or zip ties, and use some adhesive grippy pads to cushion it, tighten it snug. the thing is though how many speeds are on that bike? for an ebike convert to be worth it you kinda want 7-11 speeds or rear gears... i havent heard of someone using a bafang on a single speed though i could be wrong. generally id say the newbies who put a bafang1000w 750$ motor and a 400$ battery so 1200$ ish on a cheaper bike frame (300-500$) are making a mistake. high end parts on a low end or mediocre bike frame still often results in a meh bike. idk much about your bike though its interesting for sure. my 2 cents is save the high end convert for a higher quality bike frame where u can... i suppose you could try turning that ebike, if it works or doesnt u can move the kit to a new bike. hope that helps
