Converted my new Trek Verve 3 disc lowstep with a BBS02 mid-drive. Installed 42T Lekkie chainring, max speed only 25 mph. I’m very happy with the build, my first, but was expecting at least 30 mph throttle only. Does ordering the moderate vs aggressive kit make a difference? I might try the 46T that came with the kit.

Don’t get me wrong, 25 mph is plenty fast at 66 years young.
