Here's my Framed Minnesota 2 Fat Bike conversion. I bought the bike 7-8 years ago for beach riding. It was gathering dust until I installed a Bafang BBSHD. The bike has a small triangle so I went with a triangle bag from Luna cycles and a 48 v 14 ah battery that slides in there. So far on the road I've gotten 30 miles on a charge with 2 bars left and on the dirt with lots of hills I've gotten up to 15. Really happy with the power. All in, frame, motor kit and battery, the bike cost about $2200 and maybe 3 hours to setup.
