Recumbent bike conversion advice needed.
I have a linear recumbent bike . Looks a bit like a beach chair on wheels and has a long chain. I haven’t ridden for a few years because I live in an area with many hills. I’m in my mid-60s and have bike experience but again have not written for a bit. I’m looking for advice on converting this recumbent to an E bike. Should I start with a hub motor or should I just go to the med drive motor. And which motor should I consider. Thanks!
E bike is a new way for commuting. It is friendly to our live environment. I got one electric bike from eskute.co.uk, which really helps me

DYOR? Do your own ……?
mid drive has way better performance over hub motors, easier to maintain, only one right choice there. a BBSO2 seems fine for that, although DYOR to make sure it is a good fit for your bike
