I'm loving my 25-yr-old mountain bike with my Bafang mid drive! It has replaced my car except the once/week errand I do to keep my car from sitting too much.
Because of the higher speed, I do end up hitting the bumps harder, and standing on the pedals is great for that...except...is that okay to do? Probably a dumb question, but I want to make sure I'm not hurting the motor by standing on the pedals numerous times each day.
Thanks!
Drew
no especoally on a hard tail u want to stand on the pedals to avoid the seat smashing your gooch area, even on full susp the pros stand on the bumpy stuff
