I am looking to convert my Cannondale Quick-4 (9-gear back sprocket with rim brakes) to an ebike, and want to keep it as light as possible.
- How does it compare in power to the BBS02 750 watt motor?
- One comment mentioned that it comes with less accessories than the BAFANG. What does that mean. What is missing?
- Can I add the Gear Shift sensor and 500C display with the TSDZ2 motor?
- Reliability - anything to choose between the TSDZ2 and the BBS02?
One of these 2 products may help you: Tripwire Ebrake Cutoff - Grin Products - Product Info (ebikes.ca) or this one: Bafang Hydraulic Brake Cut-offs | Johnny Nerd Out Cust
My bike has a Shimano 9 speed integrated gear shifter-rear brake control (pictured). How do you install the "inline brake cutoff sensor"?
Just a couple things. (Johnynerdout) sells the Tongsheng TSDZ2 48v 500w
but the review compares a TSDZ2 750 watt motor to the BBS02 750 w. Is there much difference in range and power between TSDZ2 48v 500w and the 750 w version?
I also noted that the Tongsheng can't be ordered on large platforms (like Amazon) due to patent infringement issues with Bafang. Does this affect warranty?
I think this review answers most of my questions. https://edrivenet.com/tongsheng-tsdz2-vs-bafang-bbs02/
