I am trying to get the nondrive side crank off, turning it Clockwise, as illustrated in numerous videos. It is stuck on and I can either go forward or backward in the Pooler included with the kit looks like it’s a multi tool and I cannot get any leverage on it It appears the crank puller included by Johnny in the kit to do this conversion is a multi tool and I cannot get any leverage on the end of it I’m having to use it and open end wrench and can’t get any leverage on it. it is definitely locked on and I can turn it neither clockwise nor counterclockwise to remove it. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated I would like to get this job done.

It should be noted that there are different size crank puller tools for different size cranks. Some pullers have a larger center pin and some have a smaller one. If you use a puller with a large pin, it might be too big to fit into the square hole in the crank. If that is the case, it will never work. Eventually you will destroy the threads of the crank arm. However, some cranks are on just really tight, especially if the installer did not use any grease during assembly. I have a set of long handle wrenches that I use to get the tough ones off (after I make sure the puller is correctly sized). Hope that helps.
